Hot Meditation and Movement

In this one hour open level class, we use ancient movement methods such as Qi-gong and Yoga, to warm up the body and prepare it for meditation.  We use walking, seated, standing and lying down meditations, to develop deeper levels of awareness and consciousness.  These practices can help to increase our health and well-being, as well as deepening our capacity for love, wisdom and equanimity. We use heat to deepen our meditative concentration and to help release stuck areas of the body.
