Asia has taught over 4000 hours of yoga since 2002 in classes, workshops, retreats, and as the Lead Instructor and Founder of Pranalife Yoga Teacher Training.
Yoga is truly her “moksha” – the tool she uses to create more freedom for herself and those who study with her. For her, the shape you take is less important than HOW you take it, and what it can do for you. Asia’s worked with back biomechanics specialist Dr. Stuart McGill, kinesiologists, physiotherapists, and sports medicine doctors to better understand how yoga postures work; when she teaches, she translates that research into simple, useful instruction. You’ll sweat, get stronger and come out renewed. You’ll also have FUN.
