Tim found yoga in 2013 after searching for ways to handle anxiety and stage fright. As a classically trained singer he experienced benefits in his singing almost immediately but also in other aspects of his life as he began taking his practice off the mat.
Moksha Yoga Waterloo has become a supportive home-away-from home for him. He wanted to be able to give back to the community and help others so he completed his Level 1 training in Kelowna in 2015.
