Chantel1 You live with yourself for whatever amount of years you've been on this earth and you think you have some idea of who you are. Then you come to this training and it's like there's this whole other brand new person that's been waiting to show itself at the perfect moment. Peace isn't easy to find or hold on to. However, once you've had a taste of it there's no going back, you're on a constant search for how to achieve and maintain it. I found peace in those 30 days and I look forward to spreading that in my community through teaching and the ongoing journey of learning. Chantel Simm Nicaragua 2015

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • Moksha live music

    A Moksha/Modo class accompanied by live music. As awesome as it sounds.

  • Yang/Yin

    Yang/Yin class offers a great Yang (Moksha inspired) invigorating workout – followed by restorative, relaxing Yin postures.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Ashtanga Foundations

    A progressive heat building practice that focuses on strength, concentration and flexibility.

  • Hot Flow

    Vinyasa is a reduced heat yoga class with a creative sequence of postures focusing on proper alignment of the body and refinement of postures.

  • Lunar Flow

    The Lunar Flow practice will replace Ashtanga Foundations on ‘Full moon/New moon days’ helping us more attuned to natural cycles.

  • Hot Meditation and Movement

    We use ancient movement methods such as Qi-gong and Yoga, to warm up the body and prepare it for meditation. Experience walking, seated, standing and lying down meditations.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
