Partner Yoga

Strengthen your connection by connecting your strength in this 90 minute partner practice. In this workshop you and a friend will explore a variety of ways to practice in pairs including light cardio, facilitated stretching, and simple AcroYoga. $35/pair

Low Back Relief

Empower yourself to reduce or erase you low back discomfort! This workshop will guide students into a clearer understanding of some common causes of low back pain, as well as how to allieviate that discomfort with precise stretching, self massage with grippy pliable balls, breathing techniques and core stabilizing exercises.
