Summer solstice FUN RUN & YOGA

Fun run (lead by Lilly Broderick) followed by yoga (lead by Ashley Keefe) and Goodvibes juice


6:30 – 6:45: Kit Pick Up & Mat Drop Off
6:45 – 7:00: Welcome Runners
7:00 – 7:15: Opening Remarks & Stretching
7:15 – 7:45: 3o Min Timed Run
7:45 – 8:00: Transition to Yoga
8:00 – 9:00: Sun Salutation & Self-Care Yoga Practice
9:00 – 9:15: Celebrate with a GoodVibes Solstice juice
9:30: Studio Closes

Keeping the Moksha pillars REAL

1) Live Green – please bring a reusable water bottle
2) Be Accessible – the run route will be short, clear and good visuals will be provided for runners. Anyone can join (we are all unique so let’s celebrate that)!
3) Reach Out – reaching out to community partners and joining forces with Runners Choice and Goodvibes juice
4) Live to Learn – We will explore the summer solstice and how it is celebrated. Also finding ways to balance self-care during the long days. Unique experience for the body to do two movement outlets back to back
5) Community Support – creating community with this event, energy exchangers giving all runners support
6) Be Healthy – yoga practice & run combined showcase a love and healthy journey for all participants
7) Be Peace – Cultivating peace within ourselves to extend to others, peace for the new season ahead
